Ivy Waters Complimentary Enrollment Schedule

This Schedule applies only when Ivy Waters International offers a named family a Complimentary Enrollment and the family's primary guardian accepts that offer. It forms part of the Ivy Waters Enrollment Agreement for the learner or learners named during acceptance.

1. No tuition charge

For the Enrollment term shown in the offer, tuition is waived in full. No card, Stripe customer, invoice, subscription, discount, referral credit, or recurring payment is created. Any Enrollment Agreement clause that requires payment of tuition, authorizes a payment method, describes renewal billing, or applies a paid withdrawal refund is replaced by this Schedule for that term only.

2. Named learners and term

The guardian must select each learner, confirm each learner's grade, and confirm the exact start and end dates displayed in the offer. Complimentary Enrollment does not extend to another learner or another term unless Ivy Waters makes a new offer and the guardian separately accepts it. The accepted offer's exact dates and named-learner allocation form part of this Schedule's agreed terms.

3. Enrollment duties and records

Except for the payment clauses replaced above, the Enrollment Agreement remains in effect, including family information duties, records practices, acceptable use, withdrawal, safeguarding, and applicable legal terms. Ivy Waters may issue the same Enrollment records available for an equivalent paid term.

4. No automatic renewal

The Complimentary Enrollment ends on the displayed term end date and does not renew automatically. Continued Enrollment requires a new paid or complimentary term accepted under the terms then in effect.

5. Order of terms

If this Schedule conflicts with the Enrollment Agreement about tuition, payment, refunds of tuition, or renewal billing, this Schedule controls for the Complimentary Enrollment term. In every other respect, the Enrollment Agreement controls.
